It’s also a great option to bring to work for lunch.
Patti from Hearth and Vine sent me this fantastic looking Thai Burrito Bowl. I love Asian flavours and I look forward to giving this one a try. Patti also mentions that you can wrap it up into a tortilla to make a totally different type of burrito.
Another favourite meal in our house are these super simple Salmon and Tuna Sushi Bowls. All you need to do is buy the ingredients and cook the rice. It really is that simple!

Rachel from Mash Up Mom shares this recipe which I can’t wait to try!

There’s something about tahini dressing that I always enjoy. Maybe it’s my partially middle eastern background I’m not sure, but I do enjoy eating it! And I find tahini dressing always pairs beautifully with a healthy bowl of grains and veggies.
When Emily of Oat & Sesame sent this recipe over I just had to include it. I’m really looking forward to trying her tahini dressing recipe!
What instantly drew me to Sarah’s recipe from her blog Fried Dandelions is the dressing that she makes with this bowl. It’s a turmeric paprika vinaigrette. Turmeric is super healthy but I sometimes find it a challenge to use it in an everyday recipe. This dressing may be my answer!
